AC Schnitzer ACS3 3Series E46 Coupe
Adopting the success of the current 3-series, the E46 model is receiving several facelifts to its Coupe and Convertible variants. Subtle but striking alterations to the car's styling further emphasize its sporting nature and take the "3-series" success story to the next level. To achieve this, AC Schnitzer have designed an aerodynamic conversion that reflects the new look. It consists of a front spoiler and rear skirt for both the Coupe and Convertible, and other components like side skirts, sports mirrors, rear roof spoiler, rear spoiler and wing. A motorsport-derived racing rear wing completes the kit. Additionally, customers with M-Technik body styling can get an AC Schnitzer front spoiler and corresponding rear skirt.
All of AC Schnitzer's special creations for the E46 range have been adapted for the facelift models. BMW are offering a 3.0l diesel engine in the Coupe, so AC Schnitzer's diesel performance upgrade takes power to 180 kW/245 HP, maximum torque to 470 Nm at 3660 rpm and top speed to 249 km/h. 0 - 100 km/h takes just 6.7 seconds. Alternatively, AC Schnitzer's supercharger performance upgrade transforms the 330i, with 217 kW/295 HP, maximum torque of 380 Nm at 4800 rpm and top speed of 265 km/h, with a 0 - 100 km/h time of just 5.6 seconds.
Other features include a stainless steel rear silencer with chrome-plated tailpipe trim, AC Schnitzer sports suspension, high performance tyres by Continental and Michelin and a complete carbon-fibre interior in silver and anthracite. Steering wheels and aluminium accessories, such as pedal sets, foot rests, gear knobs and a handbrake handle, let drivers fully customize the interior of their cars. Lastly, Car Infotainment components are available to perfectly integrate into these upgraded E46 vehicles.
