The new 6-series is here, and it's the worthy successor to the legendary 80s BMW Coupe. It offers outstanding performance, elegance, and dynamics.
AC Schnitzer has developed accessories to perfect the 6-series Convertible in all respects. Offering 19" alloy wheels in Type II, Type III, and Type IV designs, the top versions of the Convertible can be upgraded with Type IV racing rims in 21". This wheel and tire combination, consisting of 255/30 R 21 in the front and 295/25 R 21 in the rear, noticeably improves driving dynamics. To enhance performance even more, AC Schnitzer has designed a sport suspension that has been tested both on public roads and on the Nurburgring's North Loop. It lowers the Convertible by around 25 mm and maximizes both comfort and sportiness.
AC Schnitzer has also developed special aerodynamic conversions for the Convertible, including a front spoiler, sports mirrors, side skirts, a rear spoiler, and a rear skirt. These can be given extra highlights with the optional Chromeline Set. Furthermore, a twin sports rear silencer system with two chromed tailpipes in Trap-Ment style was integrated in the skirt, optimizing exhaust gas flow, and giving the V8 a distinct and sonorous voice.
The interior is also made exquisite with chrome elements, a carbon-fibre interior trim in the Exclusive Design, an ergonomic airbag sports steering wheel, aluminium accessories, a controller for the BMW "i-Drive system," pedal sets, and footrests.
