Acura ILX
The 2016 Acura ILX has been redesigned to be more powerful, with improved handling and luxurious appointments, as well as more youthful, sporty styling. Starting with an MSRP of $27,900, customers have the choice between three main grades – standard, with a Premium Package, or the Tech Plus Package – as well as new AcuraWatch™ Plus and A-SPEC Packages. The ILX was created specifically to capture a high percentage of the young luxury market, under the age of 35.
The 2016 Acura ILX features a new 2.4-liter, 16-valve, direct-injected engine that produces a peak output of 201 horsepower and 180 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine is mated to an 8-speed dual clutch transmission (8DCT) featuring paddle-controlled Sequential Sport Shifting. Boasting remarkable fuel efficiency with an EPA rating of 25/36/29 mpg, the ILX is one of the most advanced and fuel-efficient vehicles in its segment.
Drivers can look forward to improved steering responsiveness and linearity as well a retuned suspension and chassis design enhancements for an athletic, confident and balanced driving experience.
