In 2013, Acura released the RLX luxury sedan with a 3.5L all-aluminum, direct-injected VTEC V-6 engine and their signature Precision All-Wheel Steer™ (P-AWS™). Now, Acura has added another technological advancement – the Acura RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD™. This hybrid provides 377 horsepower with V8-like performance and the fuel efficiency of a four-cylinder engine. Additionally, the hybrid is outfitted with an electric SH-AWD (Sport Hybrid SH-AWD) system for precisely precise handling.
This vehicle is further testament to Acura's dedication to developing vehicles that enhance the driver's experience. It boasts Head-Up Display, Acura's first fully electronic push-button gear selector, and a Reactive Force Pedal. Moreover, the RLX boasts features such as Jewel Eye™ LED headlights, Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, and the next generation AcuraLink® connected car system.
