Alfa Romeo 6C 2300 Mille Miglia

The 6C name was used by Alfa Romeo on their range of road, race, and sports cars produced from 1925 to 1954. This name denotes that the car has a straight six engine. In most cases, the bodies were designed and constructed by coachbuilders such as James Young, Zagato, Touring, Castagna, and Pininfarina. From 1933, the 6C became available with an Alfa Romeo body constructed at the Portello plant. The Alfa Romeo 6C 2300 (2309 cc) was conceived as a more affordable version of the Alfa Romeo 8C. It was designed by Vittorio Jano.
