Alfa Romeo Alfasud Sprint Quadrifoglio Verde
The classic Alfa Romeo Alfasud Sprint was a coupe version of the Alfa Romeo Alfasud, built between 1976 and 1989. The car was propelled by a 1.3, 1.5, or 1.7 Litre engine - with the exception of the late 1.7 models, which were fitted with the same fuel injection system as the Alfa Romeo 33.
Although renowned for its design and performance, the Alfa Romeo Alfasud Sprint had a fundamental flaw resulting from its creation with cheap ungalvanised metal - leading to numerous reports of rust even when first bought by customers. A total of 116,552 Sprints were made throughout its production span.
