Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta, introduced in 1954 and produced until 1965, was a subcompact car by the Italian car manufacturer Alfa Romeo. It was initially introduced as a coupé - the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint. Later, a sedan variant was released in the spring of 1955. Furthermore, the two-seater open-top variant called Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider was released in mid-1955, with Pininfarina designed bodywork. The Alfa Romeo Giulietta used a 1290 cc Twin Cam straight-4 engine, with lightweight alloy cylinder block and alloy cylinder head along with twin overhead camshafts. The Alfa Romeo Giulietta Berlina had a power output of 53 bhp, increasing to 80 bhp in the Sprint variant. Later, the performance was upgraded to 90 bhp in the Sprint Veloce, and to 100 bhp in the Sprint Speciale and Giulietta SZ (Sprint Zagato). Specifications
