This achievement demonstrates Alpina’s cutting edge automotive knowledge and technical expertise which continues to play an integral part in the development of exclusive BMW Alpina automobiles. The Alpina BMW B3 GT3 accentuates classic design elements from iconic Alpina automobiles of the past, and the features and technical characteristics of the Alpina BMW B6 GT3 race car will undoubtedly captivate Alpina customers and enthusiasts worldwide. There are only 99 cars of this limited edition, with an approximate price of € 90.000,- including 19% VAT (German specification, ex-works Buchloe).
The B3 GT3 is powered by a twin turbocharged 3.0liter in line six-cylinder engine derived from the Alpina B3 S Bi-Turbo. With the changes made to the exhaust system and a rear silencer, the back pressure has decreased, increasing the output by 8hp. In total, the engine delivers 408hp at 6000rpm and 540Nm of torque at 4500rpm.
