Designed with the BMW 7 Series V8 engine, the B7 is far more agile due to its balance of 50/50 weight distribution and weighing 150kg less than the V12 variant.
The B7 features a 4.4-litre V8 engine that is charged by a radial (Nautilus-type) compressor. Combining Valvetronic and charging creates a unique engine breathing system that provides better fuel economy at partial engine loads. The radial compressor, poly-V-belt and clutch are all separate from the serpentine belts. Additionally, an air-to-air intercooler and EMITEC metallic catalytic converters respond to the EU4 emissions standard.
