Aston Martin DB9 Carbon Edition
The Aston Martin DB9 Carbon Edition is a distinguished special edition that highlights the iconic GT's graceful sporting nature. Offered in two distinctive specification options (Carbon Black and Carbon White), customers can also choose their own unique colors from Aston Martin's paint palette.
The Carbon Black edition includes a 6.0 litre V12 engine that produces a maximum speed of 183 mph, while the Carbon White edition has a striking combination of dark elements and Stratus White paint. Its exterior additions feature carbon fibre side strakes, rear lamp infill, plus black meshes and window surrounds, as well as a choice of ten-spoke diamond-turned alloy wheels with either silver or satin black finishes, and red, yellow, grey or black brake calipers.
Inside, the Carbon Edition includes a strong black theme equipped with customized sill plaques that display the Carbon Edition logo. This edition also includes the modern AM11 V12 engine and 'Gen4' VH architecture and hardware which offers a peak power of 510bhp and up to 457 lb ft torque.
Beginning in quarter three of 2014, North American customers will be able to purchase this special edition starting from $199,995 RRP. Of course, the DB9 Carbon Edition will retain its inherent grand touring capabilities, making it the world's most sought after and admired GT.
