Audi S5 Sportback
The new Audi A5 models are receiving upgrades, with advanced technology added to the Sportback, Coupé, Cabriolet, and the S5. The exterior has been redesigned with new rear lights and headlights, available in Xenon Plus technology with homogenous LED daytime running lights. Inside, new colors and materials give a fresh look, and the many details in the operating concept have been fine-tuned.
The engine line-up now consists of three TFSI gasoline units and four TDI diesel units, with forced induction and direct fuel injection. The new 1.8 TFSI is particularly impressive, with impressive fuel reduction of up to 11 percent when combined with the start-stop system and recuperation system.
The engines are matched with the ideal drivetrain, such as a 6-speed manual, multitronic, 7-speed S tronic, front-wheel or quattro drive. The quattro drivetrain with S tronic uses a crown-gear center differential and torque vectoring, while the sport differential is an ideal addition. The chassis has been finely tuned, and can be made even more fun with the addition of the Audi drive select system and dynamic steering. The electromechanical power steering is a new feature for the A5 family.
