The exterior design
Keeping up its icon status, the first generation of the TT was characterised by its geometric lines, functional purity, and austerity, similar to the Bauhaus style of the 1920s. These core design motifs - circles and curved roofs, fronts and rears - catapulted this masterpiece to stardom while giving Audi the necessary momentum, and this design language has been preserved on the current model. With the combination of a low and narrow greenhouse and wider shoulders, the Audi TT gives off a compact and confident vibe. Its convex and concave curves make it look like an athletic sculpture waiting to be released.
At the front, the TT has gained an even more powerful and resolute look, mainly thanks to the single-frame radiator grille. The large air inlets illustrate the power of the engine, and the sloping headlights add a mature touch. The rear end keeps its power and dynamism through prominent wheel arches. The 3D visual effect of the tail lights is completed by the stylistic tailpipes, the diffuser in the centre, and the rear fog light, all of which remind us of a motor sport track.
