Audi TT Sportback Concept 2014 posters

Audi TT Sportback Concept

At the 2014 Paris Motor Show, Audi presented an impressive concept car - the TT Sportback. This sporty four-seater offers five doors and possesses a powerful 2.0 TFSI engine. Producing 294 kW (400 hp), the TT Sportback can go from 0 to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in just 3.9 seconds. As Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, Audi Board Member for Technical Development, commented, "With the TT, Audi created one of the automotive design icons of the last 20 years. We are now fusing both concepts [A5 Sportback and A7 Sportback] to form a new member of a potential TT family." The Audi TT Sportback concept features the quattro all-wheel drive and an optimally adapted suspension to ensure dynamic handling. Its body is built with lightweight aluminum components and it features a laser spot that complements the LED high beam in each of the headlights, which improves safety when driving in the dark. The interior of the show car is elegantly designed around the 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit display, which replaces the conventional instruments. A MMI monitor is also included, complete with a rotary push-button and touchpad. Climate control has also been relocated to the air vents.
