Audi TT clubsport quattro Concept
The Audi TT clubsport quattro Concept exudes purism at a premium level. Combining an open cockpit, an engine producing more than 220 kW (300 hp) and a host of technologies borrowed from the world of motorsports, it makes for an uncompromising driving machine. An updated version of this spectacular 2007 showcar sensation will be presented at the Wörthersee Tour from May 21 to 25.
The low windshield is incredibly flat with A-pillars nearly invisible, creating an uninterrupted window strip. As a modern twist on classic speedsters, a pair of rollover bars protect the driver and passenger in case of a rollover. The powerful single-frame grill in high-gloss black is accentuated by LED headlights. Large air intakes and a spoiler lip optimize downforce, while the sides showcase sharp contours and boldly accentuated wheel wells. 9x19-inch polished wheels are wrapped in 255/35 tires that give the car a 66mm (2.6 inches) wider track than a production TT. Lastly, the rear bumper was designed as a diffuser and is framed by two large tailpipes of the stainless steel exhaust system.
