On January 17, 2005, Bentley revealed the Arnage Convertible concept car at the Los Angeles Auto Show. This concept car nicknamed "Arnage Drophead Coupe" would be put into production at the Crewe facility and released for Spring 2006 sales. Replacing the previous Azure, the new Bentley Azure would come equipped with a 6.75 L twin-turbo V8 engine giving it a powerful 460 horsepower (335 kW) and 645 ft·lbf (874 N·m) of torque.
