The 1 Series Convertible is available in five different models: 118i, 120i, 120d, 125i, and 135i. The first two trims feature four-cylinder powerplants, 118i and 120i, while the 120d offers an economical four-cylinder diesel engine. The last two models, 125i and 135i, have six-cylinder engines, the 125i being the first model in the 1 Series range to feature the 218hp engine. The 135i is the range flagship and offers the 306hp engine, which is the current International Engine of the Year winner.
