BMW 2002 turbo

The BMW 2002 turbo was first revealed at the 1973 Frankfurt Motor Show and was the company's inaugural turbocharged production car. It could produce 170 hp (125 kW) at 5,800 rpm and produce 240 Nm (177 ft·lbf) of torque. Unlike Saab and Porsche, BMW has not utilized turbocharging in its gasoline engines in the ensuing years.
