BMW 7-Series [UK]
The fifth generation BMW 7-Series sets public expectations for automotive luxury, advanced engineering, and driving dynamics higher than ever. Its release on 15 November 2008 showcases a number of world firsts, and features three engines: one diesel and two petrol-powered cars with a long-wheelbase. All three versions have higher performance levels, improved fuel-efficiency, and lower emissions than their predecessors.

Drivetrain
The BMW 730d is driven by an aluminium engine, delivering 245hp and 540Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 62mph in 7.2 seconds, with a top-end of 153mph. Remarkably, it is the most fuel-efficient seller in the BMW 7-Series history, and outperforms its market competitors – petrol, diesel, and hybrid – with its combined 39.2mpg.
