Brabus Rocket

The Brabus Rocket is the world's fastest four-door coupe, which made its world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show IAA 2005 in Frankfurt/Main. Boasting incredible power and speed, this automobile is based on the Mercedes CLS model series and comes equipped with a 730-hp/537-kW 6.3-liter twelve-cylinder twin-turbo engine. This engine has been skillfully implanted into the engine bay and allows the car to reach 0 - 100 km/h in a mere 4.0 seconds, 0 - 200 km/h in 10.5 seconds, and 0 - 300 km/h in a remarkable 29.5 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 350 km/h. The engine's incredible power comes from its V12 twin-turbo setup, which BRABUS has upped with custom-developed larger turbochargers, more efficient intercoolers, and a stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with low back pressure metal catalysts and four tailpipes. It is optimized with a special crankshaft, increased cylinder bore, and forged pistons, resulting in a displacement increase to 6,233 ccm. Newly programmed engine electronics ensure the perfect coordination of all new components, and maintainley maximum power yield while also meeting all current legal emission limits. The BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo engine is MADE TÃœV-tested to generate an impressive 730 hp/537 kW at 5,100 rpm and a peak torque of 1,320 Nm which is electronically limited to 1,100 Nm at 2,100 rpm. This engine conversion is now available for all Mercedes-Benz 600 and 65 models with a twin-turbo V12 setup.
