To celebrate its 100th anniversary, Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. selected the prestigious Pebble Beach weekend to show off the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Sang Bleu. This exclusive, one-off car pays tribute to the marque's precious heritage. It innovates by utilizing materials such as carbon fibre and aluminum for a combination never utilised before. The blue carbon fibre with polished aluminum creates a sleek and refined look, heightened by the rear airscoops tinted in the same nightblue. The Midnight Blue and Diamond Cut two tone finish rims complete the design. The interior is trimmed with Gaucho leather, chosen tastefully for the Pebble Beach event.
In 2009, Bugatti was chosen as a featured marque for Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. As the company started in Molsheim in 1909, the original Bugatti ceased activities in 1956. Over 250 Veyrons have been sold, with over 20 Grand Sports sold and deliveries started in June. The Grand Sport Sang Bleu is the latest model to commemorate this centenary year, embodying the company's commitment to carrying forward the values of Ettore Bugatti.
