Buick Enclave Concept 2006 posters

Buick Enclave Concept

At the 2006 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Buick unveiled the Enclave concept - a luxury SUV that melds the modern proportions of a crossover vehicle with the stylized appeal of Buick's classic designs. This concept car provides a sneak peek of what Buick plans to bring to the market. Crafted with superior attention to detail, the Enclave features an innovative level of interior flexibility, allowing ample space for six passengers and a skylight that stretches along the length of the cabin. Passengers can enjoy an in-dash/in-seat/overhead DVD system that allow them to watch up to four movies simultaneously, granting them the ultimate in personalized entertainment. According to Ed Welburn, GM Vice President of Global Design, "Enclave is the full expression of Buick's craftsmanship, comfort and technical sophistication, wrapped in an exciting, youthful form. This is a new expression of Buick design. It is youthful and acknowledges the romanticism of classic Buick designs." The car's body is sculpted beautifully and accented by unique two-arch fenders, curved, continuous lines that add a graceful touch, and an athletic stance. All these features balance and create the perfect combination of style and comfort.
