Buick Park Avenue
The Buick Park Avenue was the automaker's top-of-the-line sedan. It was available with a luxury trim level known as the Ultra (1991) which came with a more powerful 205-240 hp supercharged V6 that became standard equipment in 1992. Prices ranged from $34,705 for the standard Park Avenue to $39,225 for the Ultra.
1997-2005
In 1997, the Park Avenue was redesigned and based on the Buick Riviera's G-body. It was stronger and more substantial than the previous model and retained the 3800 engine. The Park Avenue carried on with minor updates until it was discontinued in 2006, with the introduction of the Buick Lucerne, which also replaced the LeSabre.
