Buick Park Avenue Ultra 2001 posters

Buick Park Avenue Ultra

The Park Avenue was Buick's flagship sedan with a luxury trim level, the Ultra, available between 1991-2005. The Ultra featured a more powerful 205-240 horsepower supercharged V6 engine that became standard in 1992, while the regular model had a 170-205 horsepower V6. Prices for the Park Avenue ranged from $34,705 for the regular trim and $39,225 for the Ultra. An updated version of the Park Avenue was released in 1997 featuring the Buick Riviera's G-body. This model was stronger and more substantial than its predecessor and with minor updates continued to use the 3800 engine as its powerplant. The Park Avenue was eventually discontinued for 2006 when Buick replaced it with the Lucerne, which was nearly identical to the smaller Buick LeSabre.
