At the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Cadillac unveiled its latest offering to the automotive world. The 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon brings fresh style and flair to an otherwise utilitarian vehicle type. Showcasing a dynamic rear profile, the Sport Wagon is unmistakably a Cadillac product. Not unlike many classic Cadillac designs, the new Sport Wagon is a fashion-forward option with ample interior space, and six-cylinder engine choices.
Based upon the popular CTS sport sedan, and a sister vehicle to the Cadillac CTS Coupe Concept, the Sport Wagon extends Cadillac's design-driven renaissance. Following its premiere at Pebble Beach, the Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon will be present at auto shows around the world later this fall. It is also expected to be available for purchase at dealerships in spring 2009.
"The addition of this dramatically-designed Sport Wagon is an attractive alternative to SUVs or other larger vehicles," said Jim Taylor, Cadillac general manager. "It's an important step in continuing Cadillac's global expansion, especially in places like Europe where wagons remain very popular."
