The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V bursts into the elite class of world's highest-performing luxury cars, introducing more power than ever before in the brand's 112-year history. The newest V-Series model packs 640 horsepower (477 kW) and 630 lb-ft of torque (855 Nm), along with a top speed of 200 mph. It is the third generation of the acclaimed luxury sports sedan - originally launching the V-Series a decade ago - and redefines Cadillac for a new generation of automotive enthusiasts.

The new CTS-V includes comprehensive updates, such as a supercharged 6.2L V-8 engine, Cadillac's paddle-shift eight-speed automatic transmission, standard carbon fiber hood, high-performance Brembo brake system, Magnetic Ride Control, technology-driven chassis adjustment, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, RECARO high-performance seats, and a comprehensive suite of safety and parking assists. Thanks to all these features and more, the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V is quite literally two cars in one: a luxury sedan and a capable sports car. It's capable of 0-60 performance in 3.7 seconds, and even outperforms models by Mercedes-Benz and BMW with its power and torque.
