Chevrolet Camaro 1975 posters

Chevrolet Camaro

The second-generation Chevrolet Camaro was released in 1970 and manufactured until 1981. An updated design from its predecessor, this iteration of Camaro was longer, lower, and wider. Gone was the convertible body style, but this Super Hugger was developed with a larger budget, making it a more refine car in terms of performance, comfort, soundproofing, ride isolation, and road-holding. An array of engine options ranged from an entry-level 230 cu in (3.8 L) six-cylinder to the top-of-the-line 454 cu in (7.4 L) LS6 and LS7 V8s. The iconic Z-28 Special Performance Package included a 360 hp (268 kW) 380 lb·ft (520 N·m) of torque 350 cu in (5.7 L) LT-1 V8. For the first time, the turbo hydramatic 400 automatic transmission was now available to pair with this engine.
