Introducing the all new 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS. Set to make its public debut at the 2012 North American International Auto Show, the Sonic RS will be available for sale in late 2012. It promises to bring unparalleled style, performance and connectivity to the roads.
Featuring an assertive front fascia with new fog lamp design and RS-specific grille, as well as a new rear fascia, spoiler and rocker moldings, the Sonic RS looks as distinctive as it drives. Enhancing the Sonic's youthful style is a tuned sport exhaust with chrome outlet, unique 17-inch five spoke wheel design and lowered and stiffened suspension with performance-tuned dampers.
Under the bonnet, the Sonic RS is powered by a 138-horsepower (103 kW) Ecotec 1.4L turbo engine, making it the only vehicle in its segment to offer a turbocharged powertrain. The RS also comes with Chevrolet MyLink, the exclusive infotainment system, which enables navigation directions downloaded through a smart phone to be shown on the radio's large display, and offers the personalized connectivity of Pandora and Stitcher Internet radio.
