Chevrolet Spark
The 2013 Chevrolet Spark mini car was unveiled at the 2011 Los Angeles International Auto Show. This sporty four-passenger hatchback presents first-time buyers and city-dwellers with a bold style, affordability, the security of 10 standard airbags, and excellent fuel efficiency. Despite its size, the Spark offers more legroom and cargo space than similar mini cars such as the Fiat 500, Smart fortwo, and the Scion iQ. This five-door car is equipped with a 1.2L four-cylinder engine and five-speed manual transmission, promising competitive fuel economy.
Chevrolet's award-winning MyLink infotainment system with access to personalized connectivity apps such as Pandora and Stitcher internet radio makes an appearance in the 1LT and 2LT models of the Spark. Buyers also get the value of a five-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty, plus the added benefit of OnStar. The Chevy Spark is set to go on sale in the US and Canada in mid-2012.
