General Motors' latest midsize sport utility vehicle, the Chevrolet TrailBlazer, made its debut at the 2011 Dubai International Motor Show. Developed alongside the all-new
Chevrolet Colorado pickup, it brings together the hauling and towing capabilities of a body-on-frame SUV with the ride comfort of a crossover. This show model is able to switch between two and all-wheel-drive, and is equipped with the new 2.8-liter Duramax turbo-diesel engine, promising a balance of power and fuel efficiency. According to GM Middle East Operations President and Managing Director John Stadwick, the Chevrolet TrailBlazer will be one of General Motors' biggest and toughest vehicles when it is released in Thailand in early 2012.
