Chrysler 300M

The Chrysler 300M was introduced for the 1999 model year, reviving the famous 300 name of its predecessor. This time around, the 300M had a front-wheel drive, V6 engine, and was based on the Chrysler LH chassis. It was seen as the successor to the Eagle Vision, offering an "import-fighter" option for consumers. Its exterior and interior were very similar to the Chrysler Concorde, but it was more in line with European standards of size for exporting. The 300M received tremendous acclaim, being named Motor Trend magazine's Car of the Year for 1999 and being included in Car and Driver magazine's Ten Best list for 1999 and 2000.
