Chrysler Town and Country
The 2001 Chrysler Town and Country minivan used the Chrysler RS platform. The Plymouth Voyager and Grand Voyager had been moved to the Chrysler lineup in mid-2000. For 2001, the Chrysler Voyager was available in a short-wheelbase model only. From 2004 onwards, a short-wheelbase version of the Town and Country was introduced as an alternative to the Voyager.
For 2005, the Town and Country brought a few new updates which included larger headlights, and foldable Stow 'n Go second- and third-row seats, which were available on long-wheelbase models only. There were plans to introduce a 3.5 L V6 in mid-2001 too, but this never happened.
