Citroën C3 Lumiere
The C3 Lumiere was a concept car that served as a precursor to the production C3. It was presented in 1998 as a five-door hatchback with four seats and two rear 'suicide' doors. The car had a manual five-speed transmission, and was powered by a 1.1 litre TU1 I4 petrol engine.Facelift
In 2005, the C3 underwent a facelift with a more prominent front bumper, wider lower air intake, one air intake below the restyled radiator grille, and a relocated number plate. The rear lights were also given a makeover featuring crystal-coloured midsections. The inside of the vehicle featured a restyled dashboard with refined workmanship, and a newly designed instrument cluster for improved readability. Light metallic grey trims around the centre console and air vents also provided a modern touch. The steering was improved to increase weight as the car's speed increased. Citroën also included a new 1.6 litre 16-valve HDi diesel engine that was rated at 110 bhp (82 kW; 110 PS). The Pluriel model also received similar interior changes, but no other alterations.Be part of the classic cult following with exclusive Citroen C3 Pluriel 2006 posters, mouse pads, t-shirts, and calendars!
