Citroen Grand C4 Picasso
Citroën has revealed the new Grand C4 Picasso, which has a modern design, innovative features and a pioneering balance between interior space and exterior styling. It uses the EMP2 platform; making it versatile, spacious and with easy access. Low CO2 emissions start at 98g/km, thanks to the BlueHDi 150 engine that has a record low of 110g/km of CO2. Although the length is the same as its predecessor (4.59m), the wheelbase has been extended to 2.84m - the longest in its class. This provides a third row of folding seats to accommodate seven people, class-leading cabin space, optimised door apertures for enhanced access, and 645-litres (VDA) of extra usable load space, which extends to about 700-litres with the second row of seats in a forward position. The latest model is fitted with the latest-generation 6-speed gearbox and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system to reduce the emissions of NOx by as much as 90%, while also cutting CO2 emissions to 110g/km (manual) and 117g/km (automatic).
