The company was founded in 2008 by businessman Scott Devon as the organization, which was going to deal with multiple design projects. In 2009, it presented the Devon GTX super car, designed by Daniel Paulin and Scott Devon. The vehicle had aircraft-quality carbon fiber body, “up and forward” articulating doors, two-tone wheel surrounds, minimal front/rear overhangs, dual center exhaust ports and carbon fiber racing seats. However, the mass production of the cars didn’t even start because of the economic downturn.
In 2013, the company was closed.
