Dodge Kahuna Concept 2003 posters

Dodge Kahuna Concept

Where style meets function, the Dodge Kahuna concept debuted at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit as a way for those looking for an unconventional approach to vehicle-life balance. Trevor Creed, Senior Vice President - Design of the Chrysler Group expressed that “active individuals demand vehicles that are flexible and have style.” This concept sure stands out with its Point Break Blue exterior, composite bird’s eye maple laminate accents, and retractable, silver/gray, see-through roof. The interior is just as spacious as it’s beautiful, with its three rows of flexible seating and the Sto & Go® load floor for maximum capability and flexibility. The 2.4-liter turbocharged engine and four-speed automatic transmission make for some nimble performance. Dimensions-wise, the Dodge Kahuna is 185.6 inches (4,714 mm) in length, 122 inches (3,099 mm) in the wheelbase, has a width of 77.8 inches (1,976 mm), and a height of 67.0 inches (1,702 mm). The front and rear overhangs come are 28.9 inches (734 mm) and 34.7 inches (881 mm) respectively.
