The edo Lamborghini Murciélago LP750 by edo competition Motorsport GmbH is the fastest and most powerful Murciélago in the world. With a top speed of up to 365 km/h (224 mph), this beast can hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.1 seconds, 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9.7 seconds, and 300 km/h (186 mph) in 24.5 seconds. To achieve this impressive performance, the 6.5 liter V12 engine was tuned to produce a whopping 750 horsepower and 740 Nm (546 ft-lb) of torque!
These modifications included the revision of the cylinder heads, installation of a high flow airbox, a hand-made intake manifold, modified air ducts, high performance exhaust headers, high flow catalytic converters, more aggressive camshafts, bucket tappets, mufflers, exhaust tips, and high flow air filters - all of which was then reprogrammed for the ECU to make optimal use of them. Plus, an optimized aerodynamics package was developed to improve high-speed stability and provide a dynamic and elegant look.
For maximum speed, an ultra-lightweight 18/19 alloy wheel set with special Michelin 265/35 ZR 18 front and 345/30 ZR 19 rear tires was installed, and to complete the sound track, a high performance exhaust system made with stainless steel, featuring an adjustable lip spoiler for the rear, was added. The entire exhaust system is plasma-coated and a butterfly valve system is optional.
