Fiat 2300 Station Wagon

The Fiat 2300 was a model of car produced by Italian automotive manufacturer Fiat between 1961 and 1969. It included a station wagon variant, known for its sleek design and luxurious fittings. The Fiat 2300 and 2300S Coupé were elegantly styled by Ghia, which earned them the "poor man's Ferrari" tag due to their "Grand Touring" style and panache. Inside the 2300 Coupe were features like power operated windows and other lavish fittings. Mechanically, the 2300 was equipped with power assisted brake discs for all four wheels, as well as a 2.3 litre six cylinder engine (with twin-carbs on the "S" version). Production continued in a limited capacity until 1968. In 1966, the 2300 saloon was the first Fiat model to offer a fully automatic gearbox as an optional extra, replacing the Saxomat clutch. Most 2300s and all 2300S coupés had a four-speed, all-synchromesh gearbox. Specifications
