In 1938, the Fiat 2800, or 2800 CMC, was first produced by Italian automotive manufacturer Fiat. It featured the iconic ‘mussone’ nose, a representation of a sedan with a pointed front portion. This vehicle became a popular choice for the Italian elite, including King Vittorio Emanuele II and the Pope. In total, only 624 Fiat 2800s were built, and of those 210 were created for the military as the 2800 C MC version. Features

Fiat 2800 C MC In 1939, the Fiat 2800 underwent a transformation to become the 2800 C MC variant. This version featured a shortened and reinforced chassis at 3.0 m, as well as larger wheels than its open vehicle counterpart, making it more suitable for use in the colonies and by the military. The 2800 C MC was only exclusively offered to high-ranking personnel in the Italian military.
