Fiat Panda Emotion
The Fiat Panda Emotion is a high-bodied car with styling inspired by mini MPVs and mini SUVs. It's taillights are similar to those on larger cars from Volvo. This model, which offers the option of split rear seats and can seat up to four people, has been a resounding success for Fiat since its introduction in 2004. Winning the European Car of the Year award that year, its popularity has only grown ever since, with over half a million units sold by October 2005 - particularly in Italy.
To enhance user experience, a gear-lever on the central dashboard was implemented to make changing gears feel more comfortable. Additionally, the car comes with stability control, ABS, EBD, and (since September 2005) at least two front airbags as standard.
The Fiat Panda Emotion is offered in three editions: Actual, Active, and Active Plus. The Actual does not have electric windows or a full-size spare wheel, while the Active has body-coloured front bumpers, electric windows, and central door locking, as well as optional radio, cassette/CD player, ABS, passenger's side airbag, power steering, and manual climate control. The Active Plus edition has a cassette/CD player installed as standard. The 500,000th new Panda was produced in October 2005 and was a light blue Panda Emotion with a 1.3L diesel engine.
