Ford Mustang Boss 302

The Ford Mustang Boss 302 is a demonstration of pure performance, and this year brings new paint options, design details, and nods to heritage. Its newest feature comes in the form of the reflective hockey stick stripes, reminiscent of the 1970 Boss 302. The 2013 Boss 302 and Boss Laguna Seca are available in the classic School Bus Yellow, honoring Parnelli Jones’ 1970 Trans-Am championship car prepared by Bud Moore.

"Everything we have done is meant to enhance the look of the car while paying tribute to our historic Mustang legacy," said Dave Pericak, Mustang chief engineer. "From last year’s performance to this year’s style, the Boss 302 will continue to impress enthusiasts everywhere."

When light hits the reflective stripes of the Boss, they virtually jump to life, the same way they did on the original 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302. This new stripe follows the classic hockey stick motif and extends over the fender and down the body panel.

The Boss Laguna Seca edition is complete with Sterling Gray styling accents, hockey stick stripes, gray interior rear cross-brace, Laguna Seca rear badging, two-tone silver and gray wheels, and more. This time, the roof does not come with coloured accents, which was different from the previous model.
