Honda Accord Sedan 2.4S [EU]

The Honda Accord is an automobile manufactured by Honda, which was redesigned in 2003 and sold around the world. There are significant differences between the Accords offered in Japan and those in the US. In Japan, the Accord has featured various tech advancements over the years such as a navigation system, digital automatic climate control, traction control, ABS, and a host of other features. The sixth-generation Accords saw a major redesign in 1998, with the wagon being discontinued in North America but still available in other countries. Two distinct versions were created-one for the North American market and another for international use. The North American model is based on the Japanese Honda Inspire while the Japanese Accord is sold in North America as the Acura TSX. The 2003 redesign of the Accord did not increase the size of the vehicle in the same manner as the North American version. The F-series VTEC engines were introduced in the European and Japanese Accords, and the 90° C-series V6 engine was replaced by the more compact 60° J-series unit for the US market. Honda made the North American Accord available in a number of Asian markets, though only with moderate success. The Japanese model was offered with a number of advanced features not available in the US, and had slight changes to body styling. Additionally, the Japanese Accord and the Inspire feature Honda's Intelligent Driver System or HIDS, which adds important safety components such as the Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) and adaptive cruise control.
