Honda Civic Si

The third generation Honda Civic was manufactured from 1983 to 1987 and came in various body styles, including a three-door hatchback/kammback, four-door sedan (Honda Ballade), five-door "Shuttle" station wagon, and CRX coupé. All shared the same platform which included independent front control arms with torsion bar springs and a semi-independent rear beam with coil springs. The sedan and hatchback models had the same dashboard, while the CRX and wagon featured their own distinct designs. The hatchback had a flatter roof, which was also used by the Honda City supermini and Honda Today kei car. The fastback, sloping design of the CR-X represented a sportier look. In Europe, the sedan was sold as the Rover 213/216, while the Japanese market featured it as the Honda Ballade. In Indonesia, the sedan and Hatchback were marketed under the name Civic "Wonder".
