For 2007, the Honda Civic Si Sedan has blended the attractive look and performance of the Civic Si Coupe in a sedan for the first time. Its 2.0 liter, 16-valve, DOHC i-VTEC® 4-cylinder engine produces 197 horsepower and has a 8,000 rpm redline, which is mated to a close-ratio, 6-speed manual transmission and helical-type, limited slip differential for a sporty feel. Standard Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VSA®) with traction control is included and handles the many roads with grace. Its exterior has a low-profile rear spoiler, aero cladding and front/rear Si emblems. Inside, the Civic Si Sedan has deeply cushioned seats with red stitching, red backlit gauges, and leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob. On the road, it rides on 17-inch cast aluminum alloy wheels with 215/45R17 high-performance tires (summer tires available). Stopping is done with 11.8-inch front disc brakes and 10.2-inch rear disc brakes. The suspension matches the coupe's with similar spring rates and stabilizer bars, although optimized for the sedan's longer wheelbase. For a combination of coupe performance and sedan practicality, the Honda Civic Si Sedan does it all.
