Honda Odyssey Absolute Japanese Version 2004 posters

Honda Odyssey Absolute [JP]

The latest rendition of the Honda Odyssey was a full redesign since it was initially launched in 1995. It was released in Japan towards the end of 2003 and for many different countries including Australia in 2004. This model was similar to many past versions, with a four-door body style and a modern, sleeker look which looked more like a car than a minivan. It came with the K24 engine, a 2.4 L unit generating 158 hp (118 kW); the same engine employed in the CR-V and Accord. This time, however, the V6 motor was absent. Nonetheless, it wasn't an obstruction for this model to achieve major sales success in Australia in 2005 and surpass the popularity of the Toyota Tarago.
