Hyundai RB Concept 2010 posters

Hyundai RB Concept

At the 2010 Moscow International Motor Show (MIMS), Hyundai Motor Company unveiled a striking sub-compact family sedan: the Hyundai RB Concept. Its coupe-like design is sculpted with stately angles, giving it a dynamic and performance-oriented look. Inspired by the fluidic essence of nature, the RB Concept follows Hyundai's 'fluidic sculpture' design philosophy, artistically molding elegant lines much like a calligrapher would an 'orchid stroke.' With its large hexagonal front grille, headlamps and distinctive "L"-shaped fog lamps, the Hyundai RB Concept is a luxurious sight to behold. To match its sleek exterior styling, the production version of the Hyundai RB Concept will be fitted with an advanced Gamma engine 1.6L or 1.4L DOHC in-line four cylinder gasoline engine with a multiport fuel injection system and CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing). This engine delivers an exceptional power of 124ps and torque of 156 N.m for the 1.6L version, and 107ps of power and 135 N.m of torque for the 1.4L option. Hyundai continues to be the industry leader in fuel efficiency. To meet this commitment, the Gamma engine will come paired with either a four-speed automatic transmission or a standard five-speed manual transaxle. Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Russia (HMMR) in Saint Petersburg, Russia will begin production of the Hyundai RB Concept in January 2011, and it will join the Hyundai lineup in the spring of 2011.
