Infiniti G35 Sedan
The new Infiniti G35 Sedan was unveiled by Mr. Carlos Ghosn, president and CEO, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., at a media event in Javits Center. Featuring clean and vibrant styling, this second generation of Infiniti's top-selling vehicle boasts an all-new interior design that offers enhanced warmth and hospitality. When the G35 goes on sale in November 2006, it will provide customers with a level of luxury, performance, quality, and craftsmanship never seen before.
The exterior of the G35 is defined by sculpted grille blades, iconic headlights and taillights, and distinct character lines. The interior features the signature white-and-violet Fine Vision gauge illumination and high-touch, textured aluminum-alloy trim with "Washi" (traditional Japanese handmade paper) patterning. Advanced technologies, such as RearView Monitor, a touch screen navigation system with real-time traffic, and the Infiniti Studio on Wheels™ by Bose®, come standard.
The G35 also offers a powerful "next generation" of the award-winning VQ-series 3.5-liter DOHC V6, now rated at an estimated 300-plus horsepower*. A 5-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode and Downshift Rev Matching or a close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission are available. Plus, the G35 is offered with Infiniti "intelligent" all-wheel drive system and a 4-wheel independent suspension with lightweight aluminum components.
In addition, the G35 includes innovative features such as Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition, an Adaptive Front lighting System (AFS), wood trim, and Intelligent Cruise Control with Preview Braking.
