Jaguar C-X75 Concept

When first unveiled in 2010, the Jaguar C-X75 concept marked the start of a revolutionary journey in technological innovation. In an impressively short span of two years, Jaguar and Williams Advanced Engineering had developed an all-wheel drive plug-in parallel hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) with a groundbreakingly powerful engine and Jaguar's first carbon composite monocoque chassis. Though production of the C-X75 did not ultimately progress due to economic conditions, it became a potent reminder of Jaguar's mastery in lightweight designs and battery power. The C-X75 prototypes highlighted Jaguar's and Williams Advanced Engineering's cutting-edge hybrid technologies, carbon composite materials, and advanced design solutions, which will be harnessed for other research and development projects, future products, and the engineering of Jaguar and Land Rover models. Highest power and torque density The C-X77 boasts 850bhp and 1000Nm of torque generated by its 1.6-litre dual-boosted (turbocharged and supercharged) four-cylinder engine, which yields 502bhp at 10,000 rpm.
