Jaguar XKR 75

The Jaguar XKR 75, a limited edition model, was unveiled at the 2010 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The concept for the car was devised by Dr. Ralf Speth, Jaguar Land Rover CEO, to commemorate Jaguar's 75th anniversary with an enhanced performance vehicle. Mike O’Driscoll, managing director of Jaguar Cars, stated that the XKR 75 would provide its owners with “exclusivity, excitement and a hint of Jaguar’s great heritage”. The 5.0L supercharged engine of the XKR has been improved to generate 530PS and 655Nm for the XKR 75. This powerful combination allows the car to reach 0-60mph (100km/h) in just 4.4 seconds, despite the limited top speed of 174mph (280km/h). The XK model’s lightweight aluminium architecture provides an incredibly rigid foundation and helps the car to perform well over long journeys. The handling is agile, the ride is smooth, and the brakes are reliable - all of these features encourage the driver to explore the potential of the XKR 75.
