Jeep CJ-2A 1945 posters

Jeep CJ-2A

The Jeep CJ-2A was firstreleased in 1945 and offered to civilians, such as farmers and construction workers, as a work vehicle. Unlike military Jeep Predecessors, it featured a tailgate, side-mounted spare tire, larger headlights, an external fuel cap, and more. It was produced for four years before it was replaced by the CJ-3A in 1948. The 3A model had a one-piece windscreen, but still held the original L-head four-cylinder engine.
