Jeep® takes the upper end of their car line-up to a new level with the addition of the 'Overland' diesel model. This powerful vehicle is equipped with the incredible five-cylinder 2.7 litre common-rail turbo diesel engine, giving an output of 161 bhp of power and 295 lb ft of torque, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, and delivering excellent fuel economy of 29.1 mpg on the combined cycle.
The exterior of the car feature unique machined-rim five-spoke 17-inch aluminium alloy wheels, body-colour exterior fascia panels and grille and rock rails to protect the sills. The Quadra-Drive® four-wheel drive system and a skid plate set are also included in the Overland model.
The interior, meanwhile, is designed to the highest quality and includes a power sunroof, 10-disc CD changer with remote control, unique suede and leather seat trim, 10-way powered and heated front seats, and real Redwood Burl wood trim on the instrument panel, centre console, upper door trims and upper part of the steering wheel.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee's suspension has been improved with reduced pressure shocks and braking performance is increased with increased master cylinder output pressure with a lighter brake pedal feel. Standard multi-stage driver and passenger front air bags, roof-mounted side curtain air bags and rain-sensing front wipers have also been included for the utmost safety and convenience.
